NOTA MUY IMPORTANTE se les informa que las CARTAS MÉDICAS YA NO SON VÁLIDAS PARA COBRAR EL APOYO. es necesario llevar UN ESCRITO LIBRE FIRMADO POR EL BENEFICIARIO Y DOS TESTIGOS anexando la copia de la CREDENCIAL DE ELECTOR de testigos,beneficiado y representante.
